Design and build / partnering. To meet the high standards of hygiene required HBS were employed from the outset under a partnering arrangement to produce outline plans, gain planning permissions, produce drawings and specifications for client approval and construct facility from start to finish as main contractor. |
Scope of works: |
Works included excavation, foundations, steel portal frame, composite cladding, aluminium double-glazing, block walling and a full fit out including plastic wall cladding, epoxy resin flooring, suspended ceilings, solid laminate changing cubicles, stainless steel washing troughs, fixtures and fittings and lockers. |
