Project Procurement:
HBS were successful in tendering for the project as main contractor. Bidwells Chartered Surveyors administrated the works for the client.
Scope of works:
Works included excavation, foundations, load bearing brick walls, flat felt roofing, double-glazing, invalid lift, automatic sliding doors, a full office fit out and toilet refurbishments.
