HBS carried out the works for this small property developer directly. HBS were employed from the outset under a partnering arrangement to produce outline plans, gain planning permissions, produce drawings and specifications for client approval and construct facility from start to finish as main contractor. |

Works included demolition, excavation, foundations, infrastructure, portal frame, composite cladding, flood poured concrete floor, office construction and fit out, external surfacing and fencing. |
