Design and Build. HBS carried out the works for the client directly. HBS were employed from the outset under a partnering arrangement to produce outline plans, gain planning permissions, produce drawings and specifications for client approval and construct the facility from start to finish as main contractor. |
Scope of works: |
Works included demolition, excavation, foundations, infrastructure, portal frame, composite cladding, Brick built 2 storey office block, flood poured concrete floor, office construction and fit out, external surfacing, fencing and landscaping. |
