Project Procurement:
2 stage design and build tender. To meet the high standards and “wow” factor required HBS were employed from the outset under a partnering arrangement to produce outline plans with the furniture company “Faram” and produced drawings and specifications for client approval and refurbished facility as main contractor
Scope of works:
Works included full strip out, office fit out including all finishes, electrical, mechanical and data installation, kitchen installation and toilet refurbishment
