Traditional procurement. HBS were successful in tendering for the project as main contractor.
Scope of works:
Works included full strip out, office fit out and design to first floor including all finishes, electrical, mechanical, new epoxy resin floor to warehouse, new cladding to roof and walls, kitchen installation and toilet refurbishments. Solvent based epoxy floor paint throughout warehouse floor including shot blasting to all area.
